The outreach programs at st-francis-by-the-sea-salter-path serve several local organizations:

• marthas-mission-cupboard: Emergency food bank in Morehead City. Over 30 parishioners pick up food recoveries; food drives held during Lent, Lobsterfest, and the Super Bowl of Caring.
• meals-ministry: Bi-weekly cooking for Meals on Wheels, "Love Meals" for parishioners, and lunches at Hope Mission in Morehead City (including a Thanksgiving Day feast).
• Carteret Preschool (Newport): Summer snacks, staff lunch, and Christmas Angel Tree gifts.
• Trinity Center: Spring camper essentials collection.
• Episcopal Farmworkers Ministry: School supplies and book bags provided by the Daughters of the King.
• First Responders (Indian Beach): September 11 appreciation luncheon.
• Carteret Landing (Morehead City): Hymn-singing visits with residents.
